One of a kind. Every time.

Our panels are 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. They are made from would-be waste, from a range of pre and post-consumer material, transformed through our unique manufacturing process.

Supersized panels

At our micro-factory in Wales, a skilled team of local craftspeople hand-arrange and press each panel to create one-off statement pieces for your projects.

The panels start as a supersized 3000 x 1200mm, making them extremely versatile for all types of commercial projects. And they can also be cut down, depending on your requirements. By adopting this approach, zero waste is created as every part of a panel is put to use. What’s more, when the panels come to the end of their life, they can be repurposed – closing the loop on plastics.

Choose a material from our Classics Collection, or opt for something bespoke. Whichever route you take, individuality comes as standard.

Buy back scheme

We follow a zero-waste production model, seeing our off-cuts as opportunities. We reuse all pieces generated by production and offer our customers the possibility to reclaim the material. If you decide you no longer have use for your Smile Plastics materials, you can choose to recycle them through the normal recycling channels.

Alternatively, we can also take back your offcuts, plus any end-of-life Smile Plastics materials. We re-work them into new panels, closing the loop and ensuring the plastics can brighten someone else’s day in the future. A full-circle industrial ecosystem.
