Recycled Plastic Sheets. One of a Kind, Every Time.

Our panels are 100% recycled and 100% recyclable. They are made from would-be waste, from a range of pre- and post-consumer material, transformed through our unique manufacturing process.

Supersized panels

At our factory in Wales, UK, a skilled team of local craftspeople hand-arrange and press each recycled plastic panel to create one-off statement pieces for your commercial projects.

Each recycled plastic sheet starts as a supersized 3000 x 1200mm, making them extremely versatile for all types of commercial projects. And they can also be cut down, depending on your requirements. By adopting this approach, zero waste is created as every part of a board is put to use. What’s more, when the decorative panels come to the end of their life, they can be repurposed or recycled – closing the loop on plastics.

Choose an eco-friendly material from one of our collections, or opt for something bespoke. Whichever route you take, individuality comes as standard.

Panel Sizes

Smile Plastics panels are designed for use in a wide range of commercial applications, cut to size as needed. Our standard format sizes are as follows;

Supersize panels

3000 × 1200mm

Large panels

1500 x 1200mm
Note

Often the Supersize and Large recycled plastic panels will arrive slightly larger – in the range of 1-5cm.

Thicknesses

5mm, 12mm, 20mm
Note

The listed board thicknesses are nominal. Thermal expansion of some recycled plastic sheets can be 2mm per metre over a 10 degree Celsius range.

Every batch we make up will be a little different from the previous. Ultimately, everything’s at the mercy of the method.

Buy back scheme

If you no longer have use for your Smile Plastics material, you can choose to recycle it through the normal recycling channels. Alternatively, we can take back your offcuts, along with any end-of-life Smile Plastics materials. We rework them into new panels, closing the loop and ensuring the plastics can brighten someone else’s day in the future. It’s a true fullcircle life cycle!
