Panel orders

All orders are dispatched from our UK micro-factory. Most of our panels are made to order and we hold very limited stock. Lead times are dependent on stock availability and material requirements. Please get in touch to discuss

Cutting and fabrication can add up to an additional week to the production of your order, with complex requirements sometimes adding more. Please contact us to discuss your requirements prior to placing your order.

Due to the nature of our products, seasonal increases in demand, and factors beyond our control; there may occasionally be longer lead times. We will inform you of any significant delay prior to confirming your order.

Samples

Due to current demand, our sample sets are taking a little longer than usual to dispatch from our micro-factory in south Wales. They can take approximately 3 weeks to arrive within the UK and up to 4 weeks outside of the UK, from point of order.

Sample sets are sent mainland UK via Royal Mail on a first-class service and on a tracked and signed service for most parts of the EU and the rest of the world.

Domestic Shipping

Full sheets are shipped on double/oversized pallets in order to protect their integrity.

Shipping of cut sheets / smaller formats, up to 500mm x 500mm, can be arranged by parcel.

Please note that if your order is being shipped on a pallet, you may be responsible for unloading the pallet from the lorry or truck. It will also be your responsibility to dispose of the pallet after delivery.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via Delivered at Place (DAP) incoterms, which means you won’t need to pay additional charges at the checkout but you will be responsible for picking up any customs duties or taxes. For all orders outside of the UK, we remove UK VAT (where applicable).

We try our very best to ensure that all taxes and duties are levied at the point of invoicing, but this may not always be possible due to local laws and restrictions. As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost of the taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing a DAP order.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. If your order is on a tracked service this will include your tracking details. Please note you must track your delivery directly with the courier.

Sample sets for the mainland UK are sent via Royal Mail on a first-class service. Tracking can be arranged upon request and prior to completing your online order.

Brexit

For customers ordering from an EU member country, we request the provision of an EORI number at the point of checkout. Without a number, you could face increased costs (such as storage fees at customs) and delays to customs clearance. If you complete your order without this information, we may still contact you to request these details, prior to arranging to ship with our delivery partners.
