Panel Information

We are a batch manufacturer using craft techniques to make our products. We source a variety of raw materials, and therefore the patterns and colours in our surfaces can vary between batches. If you need to minimise colour variation, please discuss your needs with us before ordering, so we can ensure all your products come from the same batch.

We work hard to ensure our panels are as free from blemishes as possible, but by their nature, no two panels are the same. For us, every quirk, imperfection and mottle tells a different recycling story. Panels are supplied with a single-sided semi-matt finish as standard, and can also be supplied double-sided should your intended application require it. Please specify this when ordering.

Price & Lead Times

Panels are not available for purchase through the website. Please get in touch to enquire about prices, mentioning the quantity and thickness of panels you require. Most stock items will be dispatched within 5 working business days from payment of order. Standard cutting, CNC and simple finishes will be dispatched within 3 weeks. Other items, including complex CNC work, fabrication, assembly work and custom materials, will take a little longer to process. If you need to order something urgently, please contact us first. We will do everything we can to assist you.

Raw Materials

Due to the nature of the raw material and in response to UV exposure, you may find Heron will yellow over time. For this reason, we do not recommend Heron for external use or for applications in constant / direct sunlight. If discolouration does occur, there are restorative processes that can be considered to bring the original surface appearance back. Please review the handling instructions or get in touch for further information.
